In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month, we are stoked to announce our partnership HYMAN to support the Michigan Breast Cancer Coalition. To raise money for the cause, we’re releasing a limited drop of Pink Kush Mints 2G Handcrafts and a line of pink apparel on exclusive HYMAN Vendor Days—and with every purchase, HYMAN and JARS will collectively donate $1 for each HYMAN product purchased at any JARS Retail location during the entire month of October!

Why breast cancer and weed?
We are excited to launch this joint campaign as we believe that cannabis has many potential medical benefits to offer as an alternative to traditional medications. We want to do our part to support the research behind discovering new remedies through the use of the cannabis plant, to help change the lives of those suffering from cancer and other conditions.
According to Dr. Weiss (the founder of non-profit Breastcancer.org), recent studies in her very own practice have shown promising results towards cannabis use providing relief to breast cancer patients. Many patients and doctors alike turn to cannabis to help patients find relief from cancer-related symptoms like:
- Pain
- Nausea
- Anxiety
- Insomnia
Thus, our goal is to help collect funds to contribute towards legislation influence, research funding, advocate training, and public education in the fight to end breast cancer. We hope to help our patients understand cannabis and implement it into their wellness routine to help them live a more fulfilling life.
