CANNABIS EVENTS IN MICHIGAN

Whoever said you can’t mix business with pleasure has never been to a cannabis event.

Cannabis was legalized for recreational use in Michigan in December of 2019, and since then, cannabis farms, shops, and events have flourished.

Keep reading to learn more about the top cannabis events in Michigan so that you can start marking your calendars and get out there to meet people with similar interests in the industry.

Hotbox Social Consumption Lounge

Welcome to Michigan’s first legal cannabis consumption lounge.

Located in the heart of Hazel Park (in the greater-Detroit area), Hotbox Social is a new and dope business that provides a safe, fun, and legal environment to consume cannabis.

They have both an indoor and an outdoor space, and are constantly putting on cool events, such as game nights, and comedy shows.

Be sure to check out their website for the most up-to-date events on the horizon. They are also available for rent, if you are looking for a place to host an event of your own.

Power Connections in the Cannabis Industry, December 8, 2022

Networking events can be a little intimidating, that is until now.

There will be keynotes, panels, a cocktail hour, and then best of all: a chance to connect with other people in the industry 1 on 1.

There is a built-in “speed-dating” component to this event that is designed to connect speakers, vendors, sponsors, and attendees.

This incredible networking event is scheduled to take place in Birmingham, MI from 2pm-8:30.MCIA

Michigan Cannabis Industry Association, or MCIA, has a spot on their website where they post about upcoming events.

This association of cannabis for the state of Michigan knows what’s up, they are playing fully by the rules regarding the sales and medical benefits of cannabis and they have the board and legal team to prove it.

Gone are the days when cannabis doesn’t have science and research to back the validity of its use. MCIA is helping to get people to keep up with the times.

In Conclusion

It’s great to get out of the house and connect with like-minded people over shared love of cannabis culture.

There are always more events being added throughout Michigan, both in person and online.

For more information about upcoming cannabis events, check with your friendly JARS budtenders to see if they can point you in the direction of upcoming cannabis events.
