Now that the smoke has finally settled over the 420 Cannabis Festival powered by JARS, it’s time to reflect on all of the action. We want to send a huge shoutout to all of our vendors, sponsors, performers, CEP Entertainment and most importantly, all of you that came to vibe out with us at the historic Adado Riverfront Park.
If you missed this one or just want to relive the memories, check out some of these highlights.
ICYMI
On August 13th and 14th, nearly 7K people flocked to the Adado Riverfront Park (home of the Common Ground Music Festival) in Lansing, Michigan to celebrate the one thing we all have in common: weed.
It was not only an exciting event for us but it was also Michigan’s first official purchase-and-consume music festival—meaning you can buy weed straight from us at JARS and smoke it on-site as you take in the performances. And trust us, you did not want to miss any of these amazing acts.
We were lucky enough to have Detroit hip hop icon Sada Baby bless our stage alongside other heavy hitters like Doobie and Saving Abel. To top it off, Luniz performed the iconic cannabis culture song, “I Got 5 On It” and our lives were changed forever. It was a real stoner’s dream come true.
If you wanted to kick back like a rockstar, Cloud Cover took care of the VIP section like nothing we had ever seen before. You could also find our friends at True North toking up at The Sesh, a laidback cannabis lounge for everyone to enjoy. And, of course, JARS had to show up with Flower Bars that held nearly 30 different strains to keep the high vibes going all day long.
After smoking a few joints, the munchies are bound to hit so we had 10+ food vendors to satisfy every kind of craving. With food in hand, guests were able to peruse the 20+ cannabis vendors that came to support the event. It was a day that will surely go down in cannabis history.
See You Next Time
If you missed us this time around, don’t worry—there will be plenty more events coming from the JARS camp. Although we’re always thinking of new ways to connect and cultivate a community, we love hearing from you. Have an event idea or something you’d like to see us do next? We’re all ears.
